We all deserve a place where we can let the worries of the world fall away, where we can relax and be ourselves fully and completely. This is why it is important to do what we can to make our homes places that reflect who we are back to us and nurture us when the world seems difficult. By doing these things, we put down roots and settle ourselves into a place that can be our solid base. When we choose to enjoy our homes and improve upon their ability to comfort us, it is like enjoying and decorating our souls.

In dream interpretation, our house represents us. In the real world, our homes are outer expressions of our inner state. A cluttered home is a reflection of a cluttered mind, while being surrounded by things you love can make you feel loving. If we treat our homes as temporary, we will not be able to fully experience the nurturing that can come from letting our roots dig deep into the soil while our arms reach up toward the light. When you let yourself settle in to your home, you are nurturing your inner self and all those who live with you.

Hi Kim,
In my many years in mortgage banking, I’ve always’ believed most in the quote:

“People don’t care how much you know…until they know how much you care!”

Purchasing a Home, is still, especially in the Seattle/greater market, the single most important step, in an overall plan towards sound investment & retirement planning!

This is so important now, in our business! The Wynstone buyer will want, and demand value! A Wall St. Bill, will get done! Congress’s current proposal includes the following consumer benefits:

1. Expands FDIC insurance to $250,000. per account in Banks.
2. On Homes in foreclosure, allows judicial oversight/input in structuring payments to allow homeowner to

stay in the property, this should reduce foreclosures and prevent more distressed properties from entering

     the housing pool!

3. Expands FHA max loan to $600,000. in high cost areas, this includes King County!

4. The recently approved Housing Bill, which goes into affect today, allows for $7500 1st time buyer

    credit/until April 2009.
5. More funding to Housing Counseling Agencies, which offer free pre & post purchase budget counseling

and more emphasis on lower fixed rate programs.
